There are regular shows on the work of a cowboy and shows can also be organised on request. La Scafarda can also offer a more ‘working’ afternoon among the Butteri, depending on your interests.
The day will end with a wonderful barbecue under the stars!

Special excursions can be arranged with the Butteri where you will be able to, under their instruction, be involved yourself in the rounding up and transfer of the animals. Because of the length of time this takes, you will need to both be fit and have enough experience to be able to make a controlled gallop.
